What is Stainless Steel ?
The alloy known as stainless steel is primarily composed of iron, with chromium making up at least 10.5% of its composition, which is essential for its rust-resistant qualities. Additional metals like nickel, manganese, and carbon may also be included to boost its strength and overall durability. Upon exposure to oxygen in the atmosphere, chromium chemically bonds to form a microscopic layer of chromium oxide. This layer acts as a natural shield, safeguarding the steel beneath from corrosion and wear. Due to these protective characteristics, stainless steel is extensively used in construction projects such as bridges and buildings, as well as in the manufacture of household and medical items, including cookware and surgical instruments.

What is Mild Steel ?
Steel is commonly employed in construction and manufacturing, with one of the most common varieties being mild steel, also referred to as low-carbon steel or plain carbon steel. This type has a low amount of carbon, typically lower than 0.25%, that imparts special properties. Mild steel is used for its cost-effectiveness, ease of shaping, and exceptional workability and weldability, and it is used extensively by various industries as a core material. Its strength along with its flexibility makes it possible to use it across a wide variety of applications, which is part of the reason why it is among the most versatile and widely used types of steel.
What is Galvanized Steel?
Galvanized steel is used to describe steel that is coated with a layer of zinc to protect it against corrosion. The protective zinc coat is typically done using the hot-dip galvanizing process, where the steel is submerged in liquid zinc. Galvanization is the process of coating steel or iron with zinc to avert rust and enhance lifespan. Although there are different galvanizing methods, hot-dip galvanizing is the most prevalent process. The strength and ductility of the steel, coupled with the corrosion resistance of the zinc coating, gives galvanized steel excellent durability and popularity in many uses.

What is HDPE Plastic ?
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a thermoplastic polymer made from ethylene monomers, notable for its high strength-to-density ratio due to its minimal branching and crystallinity. Its density (0.93–0.97 g/cm³) and tensile strength (~38 MPa) make it tougher and more rigid than low-density polyethylene, with resilience up to roughly 120 °C. HDPE resists many chemicals, moisture, impact, and weathering, making it ideal for containers (milk jugs, detergent bottles), corrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes, plastic lumber, and industrial drums. It’s also safe for food and water use, approved by the FDA, and recyclable with the ubiquitous “2” resin code.
