HEELSAFE GRATING
Heelsafe grating is pedestrian-safe drainage with the aim of avoiding high-heeled shoe entrapment. Narrow slot widths (max 6 mm) and slip-resistant surfaces are offered, along with Australian standards AS 3996 and AS 4586 compliance. Materials used are stainless steel, ductile iron, and plastic, with availability for a range of load classes. Applications cover urban pavements and building floors, with safety and aesthetic integration ensured.
